| San Diego Great Dane Club was unable to have their
specialty show scheduled for May in the San Diego area. The Great Dane Club
of California, the AKC, the Judge, and the Claremont venue all pulled
together and added the show to the calendar the day before the Great Dane
Club of California, back-to-back specialties the first weekend in June.
Great Dane people are truly wonderful people and we are glad to be
associated with the Great Dane Club of California. Items to note for the
weekend. Desi won her class in the puppy sweepstakes
both days.
Mugger of Mac Danes debuted at the
show and took Reserve Winners Dog and Best Puppy Dog on Saturday.
Gemma of Surfside Great Danes, won
back-to-back Winners Bitch and Best OF Winners at the GDCC shows Saturday
and Sunday. Her Aunt Sydnee won Back-To-Back
BISS in 2002.
