HOT, HOT, HOT!!! |
| That is the only way to describe the weekend. Even though I
love the Fairplex, in Pomona, CA., it is not a good venue for a dog show.
That coupled with the sponsoring clubs scheduling Great Danes to compete
after noon on 3 of 4 days, meant that not may people left happy. Desi was
also affected by the miserable conditions. In hindsight, I suspect that she
may have burned her pads on the walk in from the parking lot the first day
of the show. That would explain why she would not move. Not even for liver. |
